MORE INFORMATION 

 Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

 After the order has been paid, the Team needs 24 hours to process your order. You will receive a notification/ email once your order has been shipped.

 We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

 If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your order was placed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How It Works

You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your item.

The majority of returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a S2L COOLECTIONS gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us. To receive your store credit more quickly, use the prepaid return label option in our Returns Portal below!
